12,000 BTU non-ducted furnace provides heat through the trailer and is controlled by the included analog thermostat. This unit uses propane as fuel and 12V power from the batteries to run the fan and furnace ignition.
There are two roof vents in your trailer; the rearward is a static vent which includes a bug screen and a manually opening domed lid. This vent location is also pre-wired for an air conditioner. The forward vent is a MaxxFan, a bi-directional, thermostatically controlled 12V unit. It features a manually opening lid with a built in rain cover and the controls are located on the unit itself.
Front vent is a Maxx Fan
6 gal. hot water tank heats water for use in the trailer. The Two-Way Hot water tank is fueled by either Propane or 120V power. Additionally, you can run 120V and Propane concurrently to heat water fast.
This 7 cubic foot absorption refrigerator will run off of 120V, or Propane. It provides a separate, well sized, freezer compartment and a large fridge.
The 2 Burner Flush Mount Cooktop has a stainless steel body, glass cover and piezo electric ignition. The burners are fueled through propane. The piezo electric ignition runs on 12V power from the trailer battery.
Features stainless steel sink, residential style faucet and a plywood sink cover finished with your chosen formica.
12V Range Hood is vented to the outside of the trailer to reduce odours created from cooking.
12V Demand Water System (Water pump) pressurizes your water system so that you have running water to your sink, toilet, shower, etc when off-grid (no city water hookup).
This is a cabinet that has one 120V outlet that a customer can add a microwave after market.
Wrap Around Overhead Compartments maximise your overhead storage space at the dinette.
Hinged compartments underneath your dinette seats maximize storage space.
Kitchen Window over sink allows fresh air and natural light into the kitchen area.

Tension-based draw-down/push-up window shades block incoming light from outside. These shades are not blackout. Valences are used to cover the shade assembly and are finished with your chosen fabric.
Cushions are finished with your fabric choice on all sides except for the back, which is finished with a robust vinyl backing which can be easily cleaned.
8″ Plush Mattress features both springs and a cushioned topper making for an at-home level of comfort.
Power Bathroom Vent can be easily turned on/off to vent out the humid air created by a warm shower.

Winterizing T-Valve shuts off the flow of water from the fresh water tank to instead pull from an included tube which can be put into a bottle of antifreeze to winterize your system.
This port, connected to the supplied 20lb propane tanks, allows the user to supply a low-pressure propane appliance with fuel directly from the trailer (hose not included). We recommend Fairview Fittings – Model I4C180FS6QDN
Arms can be detached from body of trailer to make for a more established covered space. One side can be lowered (relative to the other) to allow for rain to run off the side of the awning. Extends up to 6′.
Framed windows are on horizontal sliders creating large openings that allow for a cross-breeze in the trailer. Rear window is a split opening frameless window
Single-Pane Non-Opening Window features a rock shield which can be easily folded up/down when needed.
Your Escape comes with two 20lb Propane Tanks, a regulator and an auto-changeover valve (switches from one tank to the other when empty), cover (also features a binary (green/red) display to indicate whether a tank has gas in it or not)

Exterior Bubble Levels allow you to get at-a-glance information on how level the trailer is.

Tandem Torsion Rubber Ride Suspension provides a smooth, clean ride for both long stretches of highway and light off-road conditions.
Safety chains act as a backup in the event your trailer decouples from your vehicle. Should this occur, the chains will ‘catch’ the trailer so that you can pull over safely. In the event that your trailer is fully disconnected from your tow vehicle (safety chains do not catch/fail) the ride suspension break-away switch will engage the trailer’s brakes to mitigate the potential for an accident.
10″ x 2 1/4″ Drum Brakes ensure that your trailer stops and slows down when you need it.
EZ-Lube Axles make it a breeze to lube your axles without the need to remove the wheel; by simply removing the front cover and rubber seal you can re-lube your axles quickly and easily.
Class D, ST205-075R-15, 8 ply, Bolt Pattern 5 on 4-1/2. Lug nuts are 13/16″ and non-locking. Comes on a steel rim painted white.
Full Size Spare is mounted on the standard steel rim, comes with a Canadian Maple Leaf Cover.
Stabilizer Jacks can be easily lowered with the provided tool to minimize side-to-side movement when parked.
The converter converts incoming 120V AC shorepower to 12V DC to charge your trailer’s battery.
12V Deep Cycle Lead-Acid battery provides approximately ~95Ah of storage.
This option adds a sealed port to the side of the trailer in which the provided 25’-30A Cord plugs into. Power cord can be easily removed/cleaned and can be stored anywhere, rather than the storage space inside the trailer. If the cord breaks it is far easier to replace the cord than splice in a new one.
The EMS and Surge Protector will protect your trailer from ‘bad’ sources of power (reverse polarity, power surges, black outs etc). This option will protect your trailer from the damage these ‘bad’ sources of power could cause.
Battery Isolator Switch allows you to disconnect the battery from the system to prevent battery drain from 12V sensors (CO, propane, etc)
120V GFCI outlet is powered through shorepower.
12V/USB outlet is powered from the battery.
Interior Lighting is present throughout the centreline of the trailer as well as the sides (kitchen, dinette, etc). Exterior Lighting is located at either side of the trailer, one to the left of the entry door and the other above the dump valve(s).
120V Interior Outlets are powered through shorepower or the inverter (option).
These brake and signal lights ensure that other travellers behind you know where you’re going (or stopping).
The Oversized Emergency Exit Window (located at the Rear Driver’s Side) ensures that you can egress from the trailer in the event of an emergency.
There is a small fire extinguisher located near your kitchen in the event of a fire.
The propane detector is located near the fridge/oven to detect propane in the event of a propane leak.

4″ high-density foam cushions are finished with your fabric choice on all sides except the back which is a beige, easily-cleaned, robust vinyl backing.
If you prefer to have a full wrap on your cushions they will be fully wrapped in the fabric you selected and won’t have the vinyl backing.

The standard cushions come with a beige vinyl backing. If you select to have a full wrap on your cushions they will be fully wrapped in the fabric of your choice. They will not have the beige vinyl back.
The valances are typically covered in the same material as the cushions however, a second fabric may be used. This could be one of the 7 standard ETI fabrics or a customer provided fabric. 3 yards are typically required.

The standard cushions come with a beige vinyl backing. If you select the full wrap option, your cushions will be fully wrapped with the custom fabric of your choice.
This option gives you the ability to select a second fabric for your valances, that will compliment the fabric you have selected for your dinette cushions. 3 yds are required.
The Zap Pack it a bundle that gives you a 3000-Watt inverter, a Houton AC that can run off your lithium batteries and 200-watt solar panels to keep your batteries charged up. It comes with the removeable power cord and EMS. You have a choice between how many batteries and how many Solar panels you desire.
NOTE: You must upgrade to a U-Shape Dinette

Upgraded batteries are essential for off-grid camping.
The first battery option is Dual 6V Deep Cycle Lead-Acid Batteries. These batteries store ~225Ah, making these ideal for those who go off-grid for long weekends. For reference, the standard 12V battery stores ~94Ah. One important thing to note is that Lead-Acid batteries can only discharge to half of their available capacity (~112 Usable Ah for Dual 6V Lead-Acid Batteries).
The next battery type is Lithium, of which you can choose up to four. These batteries offer a myriad of improvements over lead-acid: They last 3-5x longer, have a better power-density ratio (lighter), charge faster, and most importantly can discharge to a much lower level. The selection of a lithium battery will add a DC-DC Charger to facilitate proper charging from your batteries.
NOTE: All batteries that are installed inside the trailer will be vented.

200W Solar Panels recharge batteries throughout the day to allow the user to camp off-grid for longer periods of time. Each panel provides 9.3A in ideal conditions. Compatible with Lead-Acid, AGM and Lithium batteries. Also includes a 30A solar charge controller to facilitate proper charging from the panels to the batteries.
Dometic 11,000 BTU – Includes Digital Thermostat and heat strip
Provides much-needed cooling in hot temperatures. This unit also includes a heat strip that will remove the chill from the air on a cool morning. Can be run from either shore power or a minimum 2200W generator. Running: 1382W
Coleman Mach 10 NDQ 13,500 BTU (White Shroud) – Includes Bluetooth compatibility, heat strip, and soft start.
This is a quieter and more powerful AC as compared to the Dometic 11,000 BTU AC. While it doesn’t include the digital thermostat that the Dometic features, the Coleman Mach 10 can be operated via Bluetooth, or the buttons located on the unit itself. Includes a heat strip that will remove the chill from the air on a cool morning. Can be run from either shore power or a minimum 2200W generator. Running: 1216W

This pre-wire will make it much easier to add solar to your trailer after market, either for your own use or to improve the resale value of the trailer. This comes with the solar port for a portable solar panel. (not required if solar panel option selected).
Converts battery power (DC/12V) to AC/120V (used in most household appliances) power in outlets. Primarily used when off-grid with no access to 120V Shorepower. Please note: Will not run the Air Conditioner. For that to operate, trailer must be connected to shore power or sufficiently sized generator (2200W minimum).

This is a closeable access through the fiberglass to give ease of access to connect your STAR LINK.
Our Wireless Back-Up Camera offers enhanced visibility for your trailer, primarily aiding in precise parking maneuvers at your camping spot.
Additionally, it assists in lane changes, compensating for limited visibility between the driver and the rear of the trailer.

Aluminum rims are an attractive alternative to steel. They are strong but lightweight and are resistant to rust and corrosion. Includes 5 tires and rims.

The Power is a nice, sleek awning that makes setup and teardown as easy as pressing a button on the remote. It includes an adjustable wind sensor that will automatically retract the awning under heavy winds. It also includes a manual option to retract.
Add a dimmable LED light strip under your awning to provide ambient light. Controlled by a remote.
Replace the standard clear lenses on the Exterior LED Lights with amber lenses. These lenses are less likely to attract bugs due to their warm light they emit.
Includes standard location plus locations 1, 2 & 4 on one switch inside the front door of the trailer.

Add a 12V outlet and two USB-A Outlets to the exterior of the trailer. These outlets are powered directly from the battery and thus will function when off-the-grid.

The exterior shower is a great option for both full-service and off-grid camping. Each exterior shower will come with a hose but the quick-connect outlet is compatible with any quick-connect water appliance. Each side has a different use (for most). Driver side can be used to wash off the dog, hiking boots, kids, etc. while typically the passenger side is used as a dishwashing station. The primary benefit aside from having exterior access to water is that you won’t fill up your grey tank.

1.5″ of spray foam insulation applied on top of everything on the underside of the trailer between the frame (with the dump valves, etc. left uncovered) will improve the shoulder-seasonality of your trailer. Also helps reduce ambient noise.

Add a full-fiberglass storage box on the tongue of the trailer. This box is lockable on either side with a padlock (not included).
Provides exterior access to specific storage areas within each trailer. Access is typically to space within a dinette bench seat or beneath a bed.

This option is great for those with mobility issues or if you are hitching/unhitching often. The power tongue jack makes jacking up/down as simple as pressing the button and waiting. FRICTION SWAY CONTROL BAR (SINGLE)
This hitch is ideal for customers who do not need weight distribution between tow vehicle and trailer. Typically this is the case if the tow vehicle is heavy. This hitch set up will provide sway control and reduces the risk of sway of your trailer. The friction sway control bar must be removed when backing up the tow vehicle or while making a sharp turn.
Includes: Adapter plate, friction sway control bar, 2″ ball, any size drop mount (hole bar). No credit provided if customers do not need some of the parts such as drop mount.
E2 BY FASTWAY INTEGRATED SWAY CONTROL & WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION HITCH
This hitch offers faster and easier sway control and weight distribution. With built-in, permanent sway control, you can hitch up, tow, and unhitch with ease. There is nothing extra to connect or store, and nothing to remove when backing or making a tight turn. Equalizer hitch with anti sway bars. Distributes weight between trailer and tow vehicle for better traction of front wheels on tow vehicle. Reduces sway of trailer.
For all hitches except FRICTION SWAY CONTROL BAR (SINGLE) a different drop bar may be required depending on the height of your vehicle. Please see option “DROP BAR”.

Each reinforced wall will add an additional 25lbs of weight to your trailer.
Add up to two shelves in the wardrobe to increase the utility of the storage space. These will be evenly spaced. If shelves are added the hanging rod will be deleted.

Pneumatic table leg makes it exceptionally easy to convert to/from a dinette/bed. To convert the dinette to a bed, simply unlock the levers, push the tabletop down and lock levers. Also includes the standard slider.
Leave the table mounting system uninstalled for an aftermarket installation.The standard table and mounting system will be shipped loose inside the trailer.
Escape mattresses are custom-ordered with rounded corners to fit the curvature of the trailer walls and are made slightly smaller than the bed area to allow for airflow around the mattress. Please verify that your desired aftermarket mattress will fit before deleting the stock mattress from your build.
Delete the door/drawer pulls from your build. The pilot holes will not be drilled and the hardware will not be supplied.
3-burner cooktop adds a stylish, modern look to the trailer with an eye-catching design. Does not include a glass cover.

This 3 burner/oven combination is a single unit. It comes standard with a stainless steel hood and features glass bi-fold stove cover which when retracted acts as a backsplash.
Delete the cooktop in the trailer.

Microwave allows you to easily warm up food for quick meals. Cannot be combined with the oven.
Convection Microwave Oven unifies the functions of both a microwave and an oven. Food can be heated/cooked in this unit with ease (think a pizza or something similar).
Installed beneath standard 2 burner cooktop or optional Eno 3 burner cooktop. Installation of Convection Microwave Oven eliminates storage space underneath the cooktop.

Compressor fridges are both more efficient and effective as compared to the standard 2-Way (absorption) fridge. Additionally, they function much better at altitude and do not need to be level to run. However, compressor fridges are electric only and thus if you plan to boondock with a compressor fridge it would be advised to have ample solar/battery capacity.
Can be installed with or without exterior vents. The exterior vents do not affect the function of the compressor fridge and would only be used to facilitate the installation of a 2-Way fridge aftermarket.

The composting toilet is a great option principally for dry campers as it does not use any water. There are two receptacles for waste, one for liquid waste, and the other for solid waste. The liquid waste is simple, it needs to be emptied once it is full. As for the solid waste, you will fill the receptacle with some sort of medium (most commonly coconut husk). From there, after each us’ of the toilet the user will give the crank handle a few turns to move the waste/coconut husk around. This receptacle is vented to the outside of the trailer so there should be virtually no smell.
Including the Blank Tank, Piping & Black Tank Vent Stack makes it easier to add a regular RV toilet later on, improving the resale value of your Escape.

Allows the user to connect campsite coaxial TV ports to their exterior coax port using a coax cable (not included). This port is wired to an internal coax port in the bed area. From there the user can plug their TV (not included) into said port using another coax cable. Selection of this option also includes an additional 120V outlet next to the interior coax port.

This option adds a TV Antenna which enables the user to use their TV setup where hookups are not available. Terrestrial TV signal availability varies based on location.

This option is great for watching TV and listening to music. The Boss stereo features Bluetooth functionality, offers FM/AM radio alongside a CD/DVD player. It also has an 3.5mm AUX port, a USB-A port, as well as stereo audio ports.
